This error is due to DM_LICENSE variable being set incorrectly within the dm.cfg file. Check the dm.cfg file to make sure the DM_LICENSE indicates the @<License Manager Server name> instead of EVAL. Note: It is imperative that the variable has been tabbed over from the DM_LICENSE and that there are no extra spaces or tabs after the server name.
