In previous FDM releases, FDM only issued the PDS189I message for LLA-managed load libraries. FDM Encryption Processing Is Now Compliant with FIPS 197 AES FDM 7.8 is compliant with the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) set forth in Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 197.
