CMS-XML SDA 5.1.3: Display problems using SDA with IE. Browser starts using wrong "document mode"
By default this is probably set to 7(Default). If you set it to Edge the page displays correctly. You will need to leave that window open while you use the tool but you can shrink it down so it's barely visible.

Getting blank page after login to SRC in IE11 even though the compatibility view settings is not activated. It appears to work on other browsers. The browser document mode automatically changed to lower mode after login where it is supposed to be on the " Edge " mode .

When using IE 10, buttons in transition and state forms are not rendered correctly. The buttons appear very narrow and the text on the buttons run off the edge of each button.

To workaround this problem before a fix becomes available in SDA 5.1.4 use F12 to display the Developer Tools options. Then from the Document Mode drop down list select Edge .

If you remove one of the defaulted selections from the right pane back over to the left pane, this will unlock the left pane so you can start making your selections. You can also change the document mode in IE 11 from " Edge (Default)" mode to "10" in the developer console. IE 10 uses a different or newer version of "Quirks Mode " that does not appear to have the problem, and IE 11 uses " Edge Mode " (exclusive to IE 11) that also has no problem. However, if compatibility mode/view is enabled in IE 10 or 11, it will revert to using "Quirks Mode" based off IE 5 code to render the webpage and will result in the white box glitch appearing.
