When user deliver a Revision to a Stream, and the Revision belongs to another Stream, the Revision and Request is not being related .Dimensions is correctly mandating that a default Request must be specified before the Deliver can be made, but the relationship between Request and Revision is not being made. Step to reproduce: 1. Create Stream B, based on Stream A. (set Valid Request must be specified when delivering changes)

This is a general restriction: when using a single request to deliver multiple changes to the same item they must be sequential. Find below and example of how to reprouce this message: For example:

1. Create an ALL_ITEMS_LATEST baseline from a stream; 2. Create a Request and use it to deliver one Item modification and one Item deletion; 3. Create a revised Baseline based on ALL_ITEMS_LATEST baseline specifying the Request in the "Update baseline using" list;
