CMS-XML KM-Dim10: Reported Defect DEF89890: Login failure requests for more licenses than this features supports when named licenses are in use.
This defect (DEF89890) has been corrected as of Serena Dimensions CM 10.1.1, when combined with Serena License Manager (SLM) 2.1.4. A workaround for earlier Dimensions releases is to ensure that all users who logon from two or more client machines do not use a named license.

CMS-XML Why does my SerenaLicenseServer.log file show more named license checkouts than get_concurrent_usage reports?
This is a side-effect of the attributes a named license has. Even though the License Server properly records both license checkout requests , treating them as 2 licenses in use, the underlying FlexNet code combines multiple named license from a single user

CMS-XML Inconsistent behaviour of cross appl concurrent checkout between ISPF and batch requests
A customer has a situation whereby the same component name /library type combination can exist in multiple applications. Concurrent development within the same application is NOT allowed but across other applications it is. To achieve this they currently set ‘DISALLOW CONCURRENT CHECKOUT ===> YES’ on all applications and use online checkout processing.
