Dimensions Build is a build management, execution, and monitoring tool that is part of Dimensions CM. Dimensions Build can be used by individual developers who are building their code at regular intervals, or by build managers who are executing controlled builds of source code from many developers. Dimensions Build enables you to execute builds from the Build Administration cluster in the Dimensions CM Administration Console, or from the Dimensions desktop, web, and ISPF clients.
This appendix provides the general procedure for creating a high- availability environment for Serena® Dimensions® CM 10.1.1 in a Microsoft Windows Clustered Services (MSCS) Environment utilizing the Serena-supplied Oracle 10.2.0.2 runtime (or more accurately a pair of Oracle 10.2.0.2 runtimes) in an Oracle Fail Safe environment. It does not contain step-by-step instructions for configuring MSCS.
