If you attempt to merge two projects using the Web Client and track the changes with a Request you get the following error: " ACL 0004578 E Error: Qualifier CHANGE_DOC_IDS not found Error: Dimensions command not specified correctly " The ability to to track with a Request appears to be incorrect as there is no option to do this from Desktop Client or command line (MWS).
In the web client when you click on a baseline and go to the items tab there is a new option for update. Clicking on the update button brings up the update wizard but when you select next the following error is displayed, Error: ACL 0004578 E Error: Qualifier FULL_XML not found Error: Dimensions command not specified correctly Error: Could not open xml output file (download).
