Another issue has been found in Dimensions 2009R2 where the installation of Dimensions was performed on Windows 2008 Server by one user, SYSTEM, but the Dimensions administrator was nominated as another local administrator user. Because of additional security on Windows 2008 files that are usually created during the CRDB process could not be created due to permission problems. If this happens you will need to grant permission to the Dimensions administrator user on the CM directory and below so that files can be created.
