The symptoms of this problem are when someone attaches certain files to an SBM item it could take up to 5 minutes for the attachment process to finish and actually show as attached to the item. During this time the IIS service will consume 100% of the CPU and other users won't be able to navigate or use the product. Basically it looks like SBM is hung.
