Production test system had an abend of a CICS region after a DB2 detected deadlock. CICS issued the following message: DFHPG0001 ACF2R02A An abend (code ---/AD2Z) has occurred at offset X'1176' in module DFHPGPG.
An S 02A is explained as: "An error occurred during execution of a data management request for a spool data set. The hexadecimal reason code in Register 2 indicates the cause of the abend:
