Fields in the Risks, Communication and Implementation tabs will disappear during submit
|
If you submit an Item into SSM 4.5 Change Management > Changes project and you attach a graphical file whilst checking the ' Show File as Image ' checkbox during submit, the fields in the Risks, Communication and Implementation tabs will disappear. You will not be able to submit anything into them during submit. You will be able to update the fields in the aforementioned tabs during subsequent transitions such as 'Update'.

Also, when you create a print form, you can include the Attachments on the form. When the print form includes the Attachments section and there is an image that was added using the " Show File as Image " option, the image is displayed on the form. However, when you actually print using this form, the image is not printed.

How does the Knowledge Management Process App work in conjunction with articles and attachments
|
Beware of DEF212347 and using the option to " show file as image ". The publish does not copy the image on the file system and it does not add the extra row to the TS_ATTACHMENTS table. Instead, the article in the TKP_KP_PUBLISHED aux table still references the original Knowledge Management task.
