CMS-XML VM installation process does not find ActivClient 6.2 during installation
When running a VM 8.4 install on a system equipped with a Common Access Card reader and ActivClient CAC software (made by ActivIdentify), the installation process should be able to find ActivClient 6.1 or newer and update the card.config file in <install>\vm\common\pvcsprop\pvcs\vm\sso.
