A workaround would be to modify the Email template in use. However, keep in mind that changing the template will affect all notification emails that use this template. Also, changes will not be preserved on upgrade.
When users are subscribed to email events like 'New Pending Item' or similar, they will get an email showing the item spec and a link to the item. Some users might find this not very useful and would like to see the item filename instead.

When you open the Notifications sub area in your Work Center Settings you may see the following error for a couple seconds "No row with the given identifier exists" com.serena.sbm.data. Notification #XXX
The performance settings for the notification server will differ based on the version you are running. To get information about the settings in your version, open SBM Configurator, go to the Performance view , and click the (?) help button in the top right corner. This will give the correct information for your version.
When you click a link on an internal notification , it does not redirect to another view or in some case log user out of Mariner application forcing a relogin.
