The above error occurs because a date/time field in Admin Console for this request type has an invalid Max Length. When creating a date/time attribute, the Max Length column in the Global Properties area of the attribute is not filled in automatically with a Max Length of 11. The Date attribute format value is an 11-character date in the format of DD-MMM-YYYY, i. e ., 15-JAN-2018.
