The attached HotFix solves the following issue in VM 8.6.0: DEF313388: VM 8.6 Desktop Client GUI loses selection set after performing an operation DEF315635: VM 8.6 Desktop Client GUI can change project selection set after completion of operation
The bill amends the Uniform Time Act of 1966 by changing the start and end dates of daylight saving time starting in 2007. Clocks will be set ahead one hour on the second Sunday of March instead of the current first Sunday of April. Clocks will be set back one hour on the first Sunday in November, rather than the last Sunday of October.

1.1.1 Desktop Client: Existing toolbar scripts will break for multiple selections [DEF153255] A new option is now available in the Tool Configuration dialog that allows you to select the desired behavior when multiple selections are present. By default this option is set to use the pre-8.2.0.0 behavior of running the tool once, and passing it a comma separated list.
1.1.2 The following error occurs when you attempt to cancel out of the browse dialog box while adding files: "Empty Selection Set – Browse to select directory or files" [DEF154601]
Advanced Filter Did Not Recognize the Specified Delimiter Character [DEF102146] The advanced filter would confuse a label that contained a comma for two separate labels. This has been fixed. It is now possible to filter on a label that contains a comma by setting the delimiter character to a semi colon (or the other way around).
If this confirms the HotFix was correctly installed, but the HTTPS fix is not working, make sure your IE browser cache is clearned (Tools -> Internet options : Browsing history - Delete) and that the option Preserve Favorites website data is NOT set while deleting the cache:
