The files attached to this document will install Version Manager 6.8.00 Service Pack 3 (Build d128.03). Version Manager 6.8.00 needs to be installed before installing this Service Pack. The Service Pack includes the changes made for Service Packs 1 and 2, so there is no need to separately install these patches, nor do they need to be uninstalled first .

Tracker LAN Client The Installation Guide should state that version 4.01 or greater of Microsoft Internet Explorer is required for the Tracker LAN client (to support HTML forms). It is not required to use Internet Explorer, but Internet Explorer must be present. 6.2 Submit/Update Require Num Lock On For High ASCII The keystroke sequence used to enter high-ASCII characters--the Alt key plus a series of number keys-- will not work in the Submit and Update forms unless the Num Lock key is enabled first .

However, if you action a document and then pdiff out the document, then you see only an $ACTION entry in the pdiff file. Reports ------- 1035930 - Error: you do not have role on product when trying to run Reports When the reports tool was started from PC-Client, clicking on the green light to start the report gives the above error. Running the same report as the same user when the Reports Tool is started independently, it works okay.
