If your listing report has first column as owner and HTML5 on then if you select the link it just shows loading and does not respond. With HTML5 off it takes you to email the owner but your are unable to open the item.

The two images in the default state forms for Active and Inactive are not the best images. Customers have called asking why their form won't finish loading . These images are causing confusion because they are animated images that look like the one you would see when a page is loading thus the customer thinks the form hasn't finished loading when in fact it has.
