CMS-XML SEREX002 label RETURN12 kicks user out of ChangeMan
SEREX002 documentation says "A return code of 12 can be issued such that the caller (SERSUBMT) can abort the submission." However, when a user meets the condition for the RC=12, the user is kicked out of ChangeMan and back to ISPF, or gets an ISPFILE NOT FOUND error message.
