Where the email is cut off , the next character should be observed. Often this is a special character. Some special characters appear to be fine, such as Microsoft curved quotes, which must be replaced with standard ' straight quotes.
Temporary files are generally deleted when pcmsmail is called via the PCMS_MAILS variable in the pcms.cfg file or via the environment variable PCMS_MAILS.
When using the E-mail Recorder, the subject line of the new message dialog contains the database table and record IDs for the item from which the e-mail message is sent in the following format: [ttid: table ID, record ID]. If this database identifier is removed from the subject line, the e-mail message is sent but is not attached to the TeamTrack item. The message is sent and deleted from the mailbox used by the Mail Client if it cannot identify the ttid in the subject line.
In versions of SBM 10.1.2.X in the Configurator tool when you click on the "Mail Services" area there is a place you can add plugins. After you add a plugin there you can then create notifications that use channels that in turn use those plugins. If you click on the Remove button next to the plugin on this screen it might not do anything and the plugin won't go away.
At the end of the evaluation period your license will expire , if you chose to use Dimensions you must get another license file either a permanent or an Extended Eval.
