In TeamTrack 4.02 and higher you can customize the templates used for e-mail notifications. This functionality allows you to setup each of your notifications to use unique subjects, formats, messages, etc. This can be useful for automated customer responses, submittal verifications, and detailed notification messages.
Where are the default templates ? The default email templates may be found on the Dimensions application server, in the following directory: Unix/Linux: $DM_ROOT/email_templates
Please note, this is no longer applicable since SBM 11.4 as there is a global link type setting for notification in Application Administrator.
