When running the VRS upgrade, the following error may occur: DBA3200266 E Failed to initialize the VRS : MDHVRS3202117 E : Data duplication in name store .... and the error message includes the path/filename of an item stored in Dimensions which includes a bad character indicated by question mark (?) character.
Operations like MWS (Merge WorkSet), AIWS (Add Item to WorkSet) or similar might fail if the item name is already present in the target in a different case: PCM3200501 E Unable to add "TEST:TEST.A-INCLUDE;1" to "TEST:WS_500" at 'aa/inc/SQLCA.cpy' because it is used by "TEST:32855.A-INCLUDE".
