Deploy / promote gets stuck on "waiting" status

Edit the file "Program Files\Serena\SBM\Common\jboss405\server\default\deploy\mashupmgr.war\WEB-INF\mashupmgr.cfg" on the Application Engine server to which you are trying to deploy. Uncomment out the "callback.web.context" section, and put in the Repository ( Mashup Manager ) URL ( i.e. http://server: 8085/mashupmgr ). Restart the Serena Common JBoss service.

MashupMgr does not work. Orchestrations do not work. Did JBOSS start correctly?

JBOSS is fully up and running when you see the following lines. The Application Repository web page will not appear until you see these last lines. Note the port numbers that the services are listening on.

Clicking the Exit (logout) button refreshes the page but does not log user out

If SBM is configured to use NT Challenge Response (NTCR) or CAC/PIV, users are able to open a browser and go to SBM . The browser automatically authenticates the user and logs them into the system, without ever showing a login screen. With this configuration, when users click the Exit button they are taken to the login screen, which automatically logs them straight back in.
