When atempting to use the Log Out button in the Web Client or Admin Console with SSO CAC enabled, the Logout button will log you out but you are then logged right back in. It should be noted that this will generally occur if you are using IIS with Tomcat and Dimensions CM with SSO CAC enabled.
In some cases, you may want to add a warning or alert page for your users prior to their officially logging into Dimensions. This article aids in doing this when using SSO or SSO CAC with the IIS web server.
When using SBM 2009R2/SBM 2009R1.04 and Dimensions CM 2009R2 with SSO (the SSO supplied with SBM), there are two compatibility issues.
