Using the RESTCaller SOAP wrapper utility service provided by SBM that enables SBM orchestration workflows to call REST-based Web services you may see the following error in the Common Log instead of the service running as expected. A Web service was invoked at Service step RESTCaller_post, and now the Orchestration Engine is receiving the following message: <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/'>
Then it is likely that you do not have enough processes defined to Oracle. Please work with your DBA to get the number of processes increased. Some guidelines are shown below:
If you use Oracle as your database and you login to workcenter and you don't see any applications or any SBM items at all take a look in the following log. C:\Program Files\Serena\SBM\Common\jboss405\server\default\log\ workCenter .log You may see errors like the following:
