The mail notification messages sent by Dimensions build use different mechanisms and templates then the email notifications provided by the remainder of Dimensions. As documented, these templates are setup entirely in the Build Administration portion of the Dimensions Administration Console. Depending on you Mail Server configuration - if you have restrictions on who the sender of an email can be then ensure that the box "Display name in e-mail address from notifications " is not selected when trying to use a standard from address. If it is ticked as below this can cause the below errors in the described logs.
