Additional space is allocated to a tablespace by providing a new operating-system file for use by that tablespace as a new datafile. The new file will be created and initialized by the RDBMS according to the size as specified by the DBA. These additional operating-system files may, of course, be placed on other disks on the Server machine; however, they must not be created on NFS mounted disks on UNIX.
1. Stop the SBM Logging Services. 3. Copy the default MongoDb files from Program Files\Serena\SBM\Common\Diagnostics\ MongoDb \init\db 5. Restart the SBM Logging Services.
If you do wish to keep the Active Diagnostics or Logging Services running but are concerned about the possible impact to server resources, you can decrease the logging level of each component category under the Active Diagnostics settings area of Configurator and also set a maximum file size limit so the logs won't take up a significant amount of disk space. Should Serena Support require the use of Active Diagnostics to troubleshoot an issue, we may request that you turn on the appropriate services and increase the logging level for individual components if necessary.
