Software Error: #655 ScanDeps appends to build script instead of overwriting
This only happens under a couple of UNIX platforms. When ScanDeps is run , instead of overwriting all the information between the #UPDATE# and #ENDUPDATE# section, it was adding information to the section, even adding nested sections, until the result was unreadable, and un-build-able.
