When the FlexLM license manager starts up, it indicates an error with the hostname/hostID specified on the license.dat SERVER line. This means that the actual hostname/HostID of the Dimensions server is different from the one submitted for license generation, or that an error occurred during generation.
There are different reasons why this error may occur, but the most common is that too much (or not enough) of the key was copied/pasted into the License Manager . The top of the license file (.lic file) reminds you NOT to copy the lines that start with SERVER, VENDOR, USE_SERVER or #. It is easy to miss this message or not read it.
In SBM System Administrator, go under Options> License Options. Verify that the Host Name is the name or IP address of the machine where the License Manager is installed.

To install the missing package, the following command can be used: yum install redhat-lsb-core.i686 Once the libraries are installed the License Manager should start without error.
