CMS-XML Dim CM 14.x: Unable to connect to new Base Database created with Process Model export
A new base database was created using a Process Model export created with the EXPM command. However when an attempt was made to connect to the new base database the following errors occurred:
CMS-XML 2009R2 : crdb using an export file fails: "An error occurred while creating the base database - will now delete it."

2. Do not proceed with the next steps if there are errors from the export command: sqlplus <basedb>/<password> SQL> drop table sec_cm_dbfiles;

Error occurs when exporting some of the tables in Dimensions schemas
CMS-XML KM-Dim10: Running full export of Oracle Database and receive error: "ORA-04063: package body "SYS.LT_EXPORT_PKG" has errors"
Cause: WORKSPACE , XDB schemas have invalid objects. Fix:

The error will be passed to the caller for processing Error: An error occurred while creating the base database - will now delete it. Error: You have not previously connected to "&oldDatabase".
CMS-XML KM-Dim9: Error: you do not have sufficient database privileges to manage Dimensions base databases. Error: Only the Dimensions DBA can run this command.
Cause: This error occurs when trying to export a process model using a base database that does not have DBA rights. Solution: From a command prompt on the server, log into sqlplus as system and grant DBA rights to the base database. What you need to troubleshoot:

Looking at the export file, which is in ASCII Text format, it was found that there was a ctrl-Z character which was causing the operation to think the end of file had been reached:

This table records information about objects that are truly deleted from the database. This data is exported in the instance.xml file of the Application Definition package so that the intentionally deleted objects will not be unintentionally recreated upon import.
