Using the RESTCaller SOAP wrapper utility service provided by SBM that enables SBM orchestration workflows to call REST-based Web services you may see the following error in the Common Log instead of the service running as expected. A Web service was invoked at Service step RESTCaller_post, and now the Orchestration Engine is receiving the following message: <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/'>
If you use Oracle as your database and you login to workcenter and you don't see any applications or any SBM items at all take a look in the following log. C:\Program Files\Serena\SBM\Common\jboss405\server\default\log\ workCenter .log You may see errors like the following:
lacks the privilege to update the serena.lic file, preventing the key from getting applied. As long as this license file has no valid license keys, the service will fail to start.
