How to setup SBM to accept email submit of new items (SBM 10.1 and above)
Create one dedicated POP3 or IMAP mailbox account for each SBM project that will accept email submissions. This is beyond the scope of this document. However, your email administrator should be able to do this for you.

Notelogger seems to stop processing at random times and needs restart to finish.
When there are email messages that come into the notelogger inbox with a lot of discussion history in the chain this can cause the notelogger process to bog down and become unresponsive. The symptom will be that new emails don't get processed and the inbox will continue to fill up until the Tomcat service is restarted.

XML Submit changes in 11.8
Due to security changes in SBM 11.8 to santize HTML in emails, XML Submit emails will fail if the Mail Client server does not have “include HTML formatted email messages” unchecked. For this reason, it suggested to do the following should you be using email submit for other mailboxes .

SBM Notification Server, Outlook 365 and OAuth 2.0
As of October 13, 2020, Office 365 will be discontinuing support for Basic Authentication to POP3 , IMAP and Exchange Web Services. SMTP Auth will continue to use Basic Authentication on this date. What does this mean for SBM?

MCLG: "Could not delete asset. Could not delete task. Tasks that have not ended yet cannot be deleted. Please end the task before attempting this type of operation"
On the Reject screen, you can choose the option for "Discard task". This basically tells Collage "never mind, I didn't want this task". The task will then be removed from you inbox , and is no longer an active task.
