The symptoms of this problem are you can't run any orchestrations. The orchestration will show in the AlfEventManager.log file but won't actually do anything after that. Another symptom is you can't deploy any application that has an orchestration in it.

If you want you can then edit that endpoint in the Application Repository and make it point to a different location. This would most likely occur when an endpoint in the "Test Environment" might point to a test server and then you could edit that endpoint in the "Production Environment" to point to a production server where the web services would then be run against.
Take a look at the server.log file (by default, located at C:\Program Files\Serena\SBM\Common\jboss405\ server \default\log) and see if there are any errors related to the orchestration events.
