CMS-XML Uploading large files to IIS can give a 404.x error
In IIS 7 or 7.5 when uploading attachments to the SBM database an error can be encountered with the file upload failing. By default IIS comes with a 30 MB file upload size limit. There are 2 locations to make modifications.
