CMS-XML How to Delete the Mashup2009 DSN Manually After SBM Uninstall
System DSNs that use the "Oracle for SBM " driver cannot be deleted after SBM is uninstalled. To work around this issue, delete all DSNs that use the “Oracle for SBM" driver before you uninstall SBM. If you have already uninstalled SBM and you still need to delete a DSN that uses this driver, you must delete the DSN from the registry. The Mashup2009 DSN can be found here:

CMS-XML What are the exact privileges needed for the SSM orchestration user?
In the SSM Installation and Configuration Guide, there is a section called "Setting Authentication for Orchestrations". The documentation does not explain exactly what permissions are needed.
CMS-XML After upgrade to SBM 10.1.3+ orchestration workflow may get error "Invalid item id 0 for table 0."
Composer was fixed in 10.1.3 such that certain generated elements in the AE SBM (ALF) Event were no longer generated from the related AE field name but now use constant names. Opening the process app in the new Composer fixes element names in the SBM (ALF) event. Re-deploying from Composer puts this fix into effect.

CMS-XML How do you manipulate string results from a web service in an orchestration workflow?
With most web service methods there would be a separate element that could be mapped as output for each item like AtomicNumber, ElementName, Symbol....etc. but in this case there is only one large output string called GetAtomicNumberResult which takes a little extra work to pull the individual values from and assign them to form fields in your process application .
