if the last two steps fail with an 'Access denied' message then please open the command prompt as administrator or copy the truststore.jks to a directory like c:\temp, run the two keytool commands on the copied file and copy the modified file back to original directory create a backup of “C:\Program Files\Serena\Dimensions 12.2\CM\ dfs \sts.pem”

6. Navigate to the <$DM_ROOT>\cm\ dfs directory for Windows or <$DM_ROOT>/cm/ dfs directory for Unix. Copy the contents from the [LocalCertsDir]\CMServer to this directory.
