After this change, when the user clicks the Exit button, he will be directed to a page that says "You have been logged out . Click here to login again".
When multiple users are accessing TeamTrack via a single workstation, Serena recommends each user logs out of TeamTrack after each use. Multiple browser windows and multiple user logins on the same machine is not supported.
1. The Concurrent License Time Out period has been modified so that concurrent licenses are retained for 1 minutes for users who log out via the Exit button in the browser interface. The concurrent license is then released for other concurrent users. If users consuming concurrent licenses close their browser without clicking the Exit button, their license is consumed for the remainder of the specified time-out period from their last TeamTrack action.
