Submit into the Problems table may take considerable time when many folders exist in a Linux environment.
We found that if you have many folders under the Folder tab in the TeamTrack Administrator, and if you attempt to submit into your Problems table, the Submit transition may take a while for it to complete .

Reported Defect: Sub-relational field not refreshing after using advanced value searching
If you use advanced value searching (icon next to find button) on a transition form to set the value of a relational field, the sub-relational field associated with it does not refresh to the value that belongs to the newly selected relational field value. Selecting the relational field value using any other method will refresh the sub-relational field correctly. Also, the fields will display correctly if you click OK to complete the transition and then view the item.

Can't finish item that has not yet been completed - TT tries to break lock
5. TT will tell you that some required fields need to be filled out 6. instead of filling them out, go to some other tab like "Reports" or " Search " 7. TT popup will tell you that you can return to the item later on.

Sub-Relational Field Choices are Not Complete
If they are in the Not Used field section of one workflow they may not be available in the sub-field list. This seems to be random and probably depends on the order the query is fetching TS_FIELDORDERINGS records from the database.

Increasing LDAP Query Limits
When you are finished , enter 'q' (quit) to exit the utilities and return to the command prompt. You should be able to find and import users up to the value of MaxPageSize. When complete, Serena Software recommends you set the LDAP Policy values back to the defaults to control possible denial of service attacks or limit unintentionally large LDAP queries that could slow down your network.

TT661, some notes and change history disappear suddently.
The customer found that some notes for some items suddenly disappear, and if check the Change History section, change historys are not complete as well.

TT66 Mail client doesn't recognise the end of message response from Iplanet
When scanning for the end of a response from the mail server, the TT mail client is looking for "OK FETCH" but iPlanet Messaging Server is sending "OK Completed ". The mail client does not recognize this as the end-of-message marker, so it includes the "OK Completed" line in the body of the message and waits to receive further data.

21. Internet Explorer's auto- complete feature is no longer available for search forms and the Advanced Lookup Tool. This solved a problem in which the auto-complete pop-up covered fields on search forms and prevented users from viewing their typed values.
