Fixed in Serena Business Mashups 2008 – 7.0.0 and 6.6.1.02 and above.
CMS-XML Groups and Roles (in Business Mashups) need "View All Items" privlege to be populated in the Send E-Mail Dialog
In your local email system, create a group or distribution list for the users who would receive the email. Then you click the Send E-mail icon on the browser, choose the "Click here to use your preferred email client" link at the top of the dialog screen. You can then enter the groups or distribution lists as desired.

This may be due to SQL tracing running unintentionally. Such tracing can slow down the connection , making the program slow to the point of not responding. Check and see if SQL tracing is running, if it is stop the tracing, then try to re-launch the administrator

This could just be due to a bad user or password in the database connection on the Web server. This is especially true on a UNIX-based install, where the connection information is in separate configuration files from the connection information used by the Windows administrator; the ddtool.sh script in the bin folder can test your database connectivity from the Web server.

The following error may appear while adding an Item Link during a transition. This error does not seem to occur in build 66113, but is reproducible in 66118.
CMS-XML Missing Back To Originating Report URL on Details screen
When in a multi-view report with a listing report , if you click on the Details link , there is no "Back to Originating Report " URL on the Details view page.
