and if they are mapped XML tags are not recognised They have not seen this behaviour when the email is sent from GMAIL or Outlook This issue has been so far experienced with Iplanet/IMAP
CMS-XML Mail Client rejects emails which have signature files containing high ASCII characters
If an email is submitted from an email client other than Outlook and the email contains a signature file which uses high ASCII characters the TT Mail Client rejects the email even though the correct character encoding is set in the email header.

TeamTrack’s XML E-mail Submission feature enables you to create forms in Microsoft Outlook that allow users to submit primary items into TeamTrack when they are offline. Using a special Outlook form, users can enter information for several items that they wish to submit and then save each form in Outlook . TeamTrack 6.6.1 enables the TeamTrack Mail Client to parse HTML formatted e-mails, allowing HTML to appear in TeamTrack fields for newly submitted items. On occassion, the HTML will not be rendered if Outlook or the sending mail server has formatted the placement of HTML tags in a non-standard way (placing the XMIME tag in a different section). Most often HTML is rendered without issue though.
