When you use the Commit Transition in the CMN Workflow, there are two icons next to the "ChangeMan Package ID" field. One is used to select and the other icon is used to create a new package to link to the TeamTrack item. Sometimes, these two icons may not show in the Commit Transition and you may notice a java script error in the IE status bar.
Resolution: Open the Internet Options (Tools / Internet Options) from Internet Explorer then go to the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Security part. Check the box Do not save encrypted pages to disk.
6.) Double-click on the LinkAddressExternal entry that you just created. 7.) In the Value box add the name or IP address of the external web server. 8.) Stop and start your web server services.
