Clocks will be set ahead one hour on the second Sunday of March instead of the current first Sunday of April. Clocks will be set back one hour on the first Sunday in November, rather than the last Sunday of October.

STRW: YDDD versus YMMDD date formats and date manipulation
|
For example, if the current system date is 1998/01/01, then specifying a date of 9001 (YDDD) on that system would yield a date of 01/01/1999 (MM/DD/CCYY OUTPIC). If the current system date is 2000/01/01, then specifying a date of 90101 (YMMDD) is 01/01/2009 (MM/DD/CCYY OUTPIC). But if the current date has the same year as the last digit, it does not adjust it up.
