CMS-XML STRALL: Cannot restore PDSE members
When a member is deleted or replaced the space is reclaimed so the member can not be RESTORED. PDSE data sets does not allow access to the reclaimed space so it can not be searched for deleted members. Unlike old PDS TTRs that can be updated to point to deleted members the directory TTR is not a real TTR but a internal reference number that can not be altered.
