Details: A new OS/390 2.10 system was brought up running LE version 2.10. When the ES04WLS workload server task was started, the following error message occurred and the ES04WLS task failed.

Problem: On the CD panel that requests the 'HOST' and 'BINARY' names for the host high level qualifiers, specification needs to be made in the install guide as to the maximum possible character length that can be specified. If they specify a length that is too long, the following message occurs which is not very meaningful to the installer : "Invalid High Level Qualifier Has Been Specified".
