CMS-XML APM : Looping in SETTINGS option
When drilling down into a batch cobol job which is running on our system my TSO session gets into a very heavy CPU loop (requiring cancelation) when I go to OPTIONS and then select SETTINGS from the View Analysis Data screen. This is significant because I need to go to the setting to point to the appropriate listing library in order to get the COBOL statements.
CMS-XML APM security considerations
I'm using the same started task id (FBIAM) as previously, and he has authority to read all PROBE.*.** datasets. He is complaining because he wants to read one of our production loadlibs even before I tell him where to find the information. This access violation occurs when I try to pull up the settings window to tell him where to find the listing of the COBOL program.
CMS-XML Incorrect statistics for C++ modules on the panel 'CSECT Utilization Analysis'
Statement Analysis is now available for programs using the IBM C compiler. References to Statement Analysis for COBOL and PL/1 programs now apply to C and C++ programs as well. To use Statement Analysis, you must first enter the names of your compilation listing data sets in Option 6.4, “Specify Your Listing Data Set Names”.
