If the problem is caused by placing the SERCOMS (library containing the SERVERAO module) in the concatenation, following are some options. 1) put the ser10ty library (sercoms) in the linklist if they have no other serena products 2) copy the serverao module into the APM product loadlib (also do this if the ser10ty software is at different releases).
