Error getting SLA data: Connection Refused: Connect when clicking on a service icon in Request Center.
CMS-XML SLA status shows on the form as "no sla status", and SLA reports are missing
The first thing to look at when the SLA Reports link doesn't show in the UI is that you have the SRC/SSM Content License installed in your license server. This license enables the functionality of the reports and SLA's in general.
CMS-XML In Requests tab of Request Center you see "Sorry, you do not have permissions to see the results of this report" when you first login.
If you click on the Requests tab in Request Center you will see this message for a couple reasons. You first need to open the Customize link and choose Requests and change the radio button to use either the default Request Center 3.1 report or select a custom report.
CMS-XML SBM user licenses, laptop and mobile/fixed devices
A license will be set for clean up once the user clicks the Exit link in the interface; in SBM 11.4, simply closing the web browser will act like clicking the Exit link in the UI. Clicking this link should return the user to a landing page. If clicking this link logs the user back in (because you are using Windows Authentication), then we need to change in setting in [1]
CMS-XML On Approvals tab in Request Center I can't click any of the items waiting for approval.
This is because the "Title" field is used as the field you can click on. The Approvals tab is simply a listing report and the Title field is used for the item link . If you don't have a Title field in the corresponding listing report then you won't be able to click the item waiting your approval.

CMS-XML The SLA configuration options are missing or give an error
In the Reports module of SBM, under that Advanced Tasks section, you should see a link called "Access SLA Reports". If this is missing, you do not have an SRC or SSM content license. The license must be installed and IIS must be restarted.
CMS-XML Troubleshooting: When submit new item from Request Center, no suggested articles are returned from the Knowledge Center
On the server where Common Services is installed, open Configurator. On the Smart Search view, next to the Indexer Directory Path, click the Test link . If the test link does not work, you will need to solve that issue before continuing.
