When you look at the Overview field in the Service Desk state forms the Required Date value may display in dd/mm/yyyy format. If you would like this to display in mm/dd/yyyy format make the following change in the SRC Starter Pack Forms app.

If you do a search in Work Center the submit date will show as part of the search results. If the submit date that displays shows in UTC time but when you actually open the item the submit date field shows the correct local time see the following workaround.
CMS-XML How to create separate forms for Request Center (SRC) and SBM
You may want to setup similar, but different, forms for the users interact with SBM through SRC and the users who interact with SBM through the classic interface. Currently, you cannot setup different forms for these different types of users. However, you can setup a single form to display differently, depending on the interface.

Add the "Title" field to the listing report displayed by the Approvals tab.
