The problem is caused by the Windows user name. This username is used to track what user has the project's class definition locked for edit. Dimensions RM username may not contain an apostrophe and generate and error during creation.

RM2009R1: JPEG images being lost during TinyMCE edit sessions

When using FULL_SCREEN mode for HTML-enabled fields, inserted JPEG files are being displayed as picture place holders. When you click on a line which has an image on it the image disappears completely, such that the customer then has to re-insert it in non-FULL_SCREEN mode. This mode is difficult to work in because the window size is too small for data or images.
