If you are getting an error when opening the icWord application but all other RTM applications open without any problems, try this registry entry modification.
Unhandled exception has occured in a component in your application . If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempy to continue.
This can be caused by another application installed on the RM server using an older version of libeay32.dll. If this is the case it usually helps to move the path to RM to the front of the PATH variable and reboot the server.
When attempting to double-click to open a comment from 'My Work', the application displays the following message: 'You do not have access to this action. Please contact your project administrator to have this changed". However, the user does have access, the comment can be highlighted and then, after selecting the edit function under actions, the comment can be updated.
