The error appears to be connected to the start of the tomcat service . The server does start, using only a small percentage of available RAM (e.g., 2 of 12GB)

Dim rm 11.x / 12.x : starting RM Manage fails with this message "the application was not able to start correctly (0xc000007b)"

Reason is there was no 32 bits Oracle client installed on the Win 2012 machine whereas it is part of the installation requirements mentionned in the installation guide, see below. After installing an 32 bits Oracle client, RM Manage starts successfully.

The download of fonts isn't being blocked but they won't be loaded for security reason since they are untrusted. To mitigate this issue make sure that the Windows Firewall is turned on. Also remember to start the service automatically at services .msc.

Comments do not work from RTM Browser

RTM 5.6 starting with a blank project does not allow users to submit comments through RTM Browser. icConcept works with comments correctly. Problem: The Comments class template stored in the blank project does not contain an A1 attribute with the name of Subject.

The RM Mail service refuses to start . Gives error. They are on RM 11.2.2.2. and Win 2008.
